ALTIFORRA

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the ALTIFORRA website, intended for altiforra.com, including its pre-launch preview. ALTIFORRA is an assumed name of South Texas Public Safety, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the website, you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. A separate written client agreement governs any services you purchase.

2. Acceptable website use

You may use the website to learn about our services and submit legitimate inquiries. Do not use it unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to administrative pages or records, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Information you submit

Please provide accurate information in quote requests and other communications, and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, customer records, or other sensitive information in an inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation for us to accept a project.

Our Privacy Policy explains how website inquiry information is handled.

4. Quotes and client agreements

Website information, quote requests, preliminary quotes, and estimates are not binding contracts or guarantees of availability. Project scope, pricing, timelines, payment terms, revisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and other obligations will be established in a separate written client agreement accepted by both parties.

That agreement controls the services it covers if it conflicts with these website terms. No website statement guarantees business results, sales, search rankings, or uninterrupted operation.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, software, and other content are owned by South Texas Public Safety, LLC or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise stated. You may view the site and make reasonable personal or internal business reference copies, but may not otherwise reproduce, sell, or redistribute protected content without permission or a lawful exception.

Client names, marks, screenshots, and linked website content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing tools, third-party materials, and source code are determined by the applicable written client agreement, not by these website terms.

6. Third-party links and services

The website may link to client websites or other third-party services. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, security, or transactions. A portfolio link is not a representation that a client’s payments, shipping, automated notifications, or other commerce features are active.

7. Website disclaimers

We aim to keep website information accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. These disclaimers do not replace express commitments in a signed client agreement.

8. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, South Texas Public Safety, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from website use, including lost profits or business opportunities. This provision concerns website use; liability for client services is addressed in the applicable written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or waives mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is legally enforceable.

9. Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, subject to applicable consumer protections and other mandatory legal requirements. We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. The last-updated date identifies the current version; changes do not retroactively change a signed client agreement.
