ALTIFORRA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Who we are

ALTIFORRA is an assumed name of South Texas Public Safety, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy covers information handled through our website, intended for altiforra.com, including its pre-launch preview.

For privacy questions or requests, email contact@altiforra.com.

2. Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your full name, email address, service needed, project description, budget range, and timeline. Company and phone number are optional. We also maintain a record identifier, submission and update dates, inquiry status, and any administrative notes added while handling the inquiry.

If you contact us separately, we may receive information you include in that communication. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, customer records, or sensitive personal information in a quote request.

Administrative sign-in uses an email address and password through our authentication service. The quote form does not request payment information and submitting it does not require a visitor account.

3. Why we use this information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate project requirements, prepare proposals, communicate with prospective clients, and provide requested services. Administrative records help us track inquiry progress. Authentication and technical diagnostics help protect accounts and keep the website operating.

4. Services used by this website

  • Lovable and Lovable Cloud: provide the current website preview, asset delivery, cloud database, and administrative authentication. Quote information is submitted to the cloud database, not to a public portfolio page.
  • Google Fonts: delivers the Inter and Montserrat fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font services to load them, exposing ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser request headers to that service.
  • Account recovery email: the authentication service is used to request administrator password-reset messages. Quote submissions do not trigger an email notification in the current implementation. A separate external email provider has not been configured as part of this website work; the underlying recovery-email delivery provider and successful delivery have not been independently verified.
  • Diagnostics: client and server errors may be written to console or hosting logs. When Lovable reporting hooks are available, the app also forwards caught client-error details to them. Details can include an error message, stack trace, underlying error causes, and page path, and may contain information included in an exception. The quote form does not intentionally send its field values to a diagnostics service. Reporting availability and log recipients depend on the hosting or preview environment; diagnostic retention and the complete recipient list have not been independently verified.

Service providers receive the information needed to deliver their services. Their own policies also govern their processing. Final production hosting, service-provider subprocessors, data locations, and provider log or backup retention still require confirmation before launch.

5. Browser storage, technical data, and analytics

Administrative authentication stores and refreshes sign-in sessions in browser storage. In the Lovable editor preview, session storage may be coordinated with the editor. This supports account access; it is not an advertising feature.

Website, font, and asset requests necessarily transmit technical information, including IP addresses and request headers, to the services handling them. Hosting and authentication services may keep operational or security logs; their exact contents and retention need provider confirmation.

No application-configured visitor analytics tool, advertising pixel, or marketing-cookie feature was found enabled in the current source code. Sample signed-out visits to the local preview did not create cookies or local-storage entries. This is not a guarantee about every visit or the eventual hosted website: Lovable provides platform-level analytics capabilities, and its editor, access screens, and hosting may use their own cookies and diagnostics. Those platform surfaces are distinct from this website. The final hosted website’s tracking and cookie behavior still needs verification before launch. No cookie-consent banner has been added; the need for one should be reassessed if technologies, deployment settings, or applicable requirements change.

6. Storage and protection

Quote records are stored in Lovable Cloud. Database access controls allow visitors to submit inquiries while restricting access to stored quote details and updates to authorized administrators. Private portfolio drafts also have restricted access. The website does not publicly display customer inquiry records.

We use authentication and access restrictions to reduce unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information has been exposed.

7. Sharing, sales, and advertising

ALTIFORRA does not sell customers’ personal information. Information submitted through our website is used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, communicate with prospective and existing clients, and provide requested services. We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate our website and deliver those services, or when legally required.

The current website shares information with the service providers described above to operate the site and handle inquiries. No feature was found that sells quote information, shares it with advertising networks, or uses it for targeted advertising. This describes the verified application, not an audit of every business practice outside the website.

Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a binding legal requirement or to protect legal rights, subject to applicable law. Any additional business sharing, offline sales or advertising use, or other recipients must be confirmed by the owner before this policy is treated as a final statement of all business practices.

8. Retention

Unsuccessful quote inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction and then manually reviewed for deletion, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an ongoing business relationship, recordkeeping, a dispute, or a legal obligation. Our private administrative tools flag records more than 12 months old using the latest recorded update date, falling back to the submission date if no later update exists. Any record update refreshes this date; email, phone calls, and other interactions outside the website are not recorded automatically. The filter can include inquiries of any status, so an administrator must assess which are unsuccessful and whether continued retention is justified.

Only authorized administrators may delete an inquiry. Deletion requires confirmation and is performed through an authenticated server action with an administrator-role check and database access restrictions. It removes the inquiry from the active database; there is no dashboard undo. There is no automatic deletion. The owner must maintain the manual review routine and keep relevant interaction dates current; the filter alone does not enforce the retention period.

Records for accepted projects may be kept longer under written agreements, accounting needs, or applicable law. Lovable Cloud documentation describes daily database backups retained for up to roughly 14 days; these cover database records, not storage-bucket files. This project’s actual backup inventory and expiry have not been independently inspected. Deleted records may remain in existing backups until those copies expire. Operational and security-log retention, asset-storage retention, other provider copies, and any email records follow the relevant providers’ or business’s separate practices, which still require confirmation.

9. Privacy requests and applicable rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing contact@altiforra.com. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, such as obtaining a copy, restricting or objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent where processing relies on it, or appealing a decision.

We will assess the applicable requirements, reasonably verify your identity, and respond within any legally required time period. Please describe your request and the email used for your inquiry; do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless a secure verification method has been arranged.

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate permitted purposes. If a request cannot be fully honored, we will explain the reason and any available next steps required by applicable law. This policy does not claim certification or compliance with any specific privacy statute.

10. Other websites and policy updates

Client portfolio links lead to independently operated websites. This policy does not cover their practices; review their policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
